of the farm. The Blew family (Ted, Susan, Charity, Eric, Amanda, and Jonathan) love the work

Beth’s Farm Kitchen - Stuyvesant Falls, NY
Since 1981, Beth and her crew of ‘jammers’ have been making jam and chutney from local
ingredients. What started with Strawberry Jam has now developed into over 90 flavors. In 2007,
Beth purchased 22,404.5lbs of fruits and veggies from local farmers!

All Mysty Mountain Farm maple syrup is made from select hard maples in the Mountainville
section of Tewksbury Township.
Mini Mac Farm- Long Valley, NJ
Bill and Helen McLaughlin’s cattle graze on the pasture and are rotated regularly for fresh grass.
In addition to daily grazing, the cows are supplemented with grain made up of locally grown,
naturally raised corn, soybeans and natural minerals as well as hay from the farm.
