OFFICIAL NOTICE
ANNUAL MEETING
Please plan to attend the Annual Meeting of the Homes at Deer Mountain Homeowners Association on
Saturday, October 6, 2007, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Kamas Inn, 80 West 100 North in
Kamas.
The Board of Trustees is sponsoring a morning reception in conjunction with the business meeting. Brunch will
be served at 9:00 a.m. during registration and after the business meeting. Please plan to come and meet your
neighbors, ask questions, make suggestions and celebrate our beautiful neighborhood.
The agenda is as follows:
9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Registration and brunch.
9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. Nominations and introduction of candidates. Nominations for the 2008
Board will be open. Candidates will be given time to introduce themselves
and present their vision for the community.
10:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Presentation by the Board of Trustees. We will present the
accomplishments and challenges from 2007 as well as the financial report
and proposed budget.
11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Discussion forum. Homeowners are invited to discuss and vote on various
proposals by the Board of Trustees. Homeowners are also invited to voice
their ideas for the neighborhood.
12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Brunch continued. Homeowners are invited to mingle with each other
and to visit with members of the Board of Trustees as well as candidates for
the 2008 Board.
1:00 p.m. End of voting. Ballots will be accepted any time during the meeting but
should be marked and placed in the ballot box by 1:00 p.m.

about the homeowners who have agreed to run for

Robert (Bob) Dibblee has lived in Park City for 19
years and in Deer Mountain for the last three years.
He is a retired Delta pilot who also served in the Air
Force on active duty and in the Air Guard. He spent
time on several boards, serving as President on one.
Bob and his wife, Diane, live in a log home located

that most of the growth in the coming years will be
