The Dave Taylor Jim Fox Cystic Fibrosis Golf Classic will be held at one of the most exciting
courses in the area, Moorpark Country Club. This prestigious, sold-out tournament attracts
some of the most influential business leaders, avid golfers and hockey enthusiasts in
Nationwide. We offer the prime opportunity for extensive exposure for our sponsors, ability to
meet the LA Kings, NHL Alumni, as well as a memorable day for top business associates and
friends --- all while benefiting a worthwhile cause. Our guests enjoy an unforgettable day of golf,
gourmet food, and other first class amenities that can only be associated with Moorpark’s
unique ambiance. Since 1988 over $3 million net has been raised for the fight against CF, a
debilitating genetic disease that affects over 30,000 children and young adults in America– 90
cents of every dollar benefits CF research and care centers.
On Wednesday, June 11, 2008, a sold out crowd of over 200 players will tee off on the
championship golf course in a shotgun format. This magnificent course boasts a spectacular
setting of the Ventura Valley. Players will enjoy a continental breakfast, a special limited edition tee
gift, and a BBQ lunch provided by Outback Steakhouse on the course. Immediately following the
golf tournament, their guests will join players for a lavish evening of cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, a
gourmet dinner and a silent auction extravaganza.
The Dave Taylor Cystic Fibrosis Golf Invitational is supported by the one of the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation’s strongest supporter, the Los Angeles Kings, their friends and business
