                        and Family Members!
Do you want to have a say in what future services and supports
for people with developmental disabilities will look like?
The Division of Developmental Disabilities has created a “Path to Progress” Olmstead Plan.
The Plan is designed to transition individuals out of developmental centers and into the
community, and to increase the capacity of communities to more fully include people with
disabilities.

A number of workgroups have been formed to help implement the Olmstead Plan. These
workgroups need self advocates and family members to:
 make suggestions to DDD about how the Olmstead Plan is working
 make sure that everyone can understand information about the Plan
 make sure information about the Plan gets to other self advocates and family members

Meetings are held as often as needed at accessible locations and times. You will be
compensated for your time and travel.

We need your voice to be heard!
