BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF TINTON FALLS 2009 Municipal Budget of the Borough of Tinton Falls County of Monmouth for the fiscal year 2009
Notice is hereby given that the Budget and Tax Resolution was approved by the Governing Body of Tinton Falls, County of Monmouth on May 5, 2009. A hearing was held on the Budget and Tax Resolution on June 16, 2009. Said hearing was closed and the adoption of the 2009 Municipal Budget of the Borough of Tinton Falls was carried to July 7, 2009. On July 7, 2009 the adoption of the 2009 Municipal Budget of the Borough of Tinton Falls was CARRIED to July 21, 2009. On July 21, 2009 Resolution R-09-265, Amending Approved Budget (2009 Budget Amendment No. 1) was approved by the Governing Body of Tinton Falls. A public hearing on said amendment was set for August 4, 2009. On August 4, 2009, the Public Hearing on the Budget Amendment No. 1 was conducted. Following the Public Hearing on the Budget Amendment No. 1, the 2009 Municipal Budget of the Borough of Tinton Falls was ADOPTED as amended.
Copies of the adopted 2009 Municipal Budget will be made available in the Clerk's Office to the members of the general public who shall request the same and will be posted on the Borough’s website at www.tintonfalls.com
