   Lead trade marketing team to propose, develop, deploy and ensure trade marketing programs, policy
   and methods, according to company sales & marketing strategy.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.    Develop effective trade program according to business strategy and business opportunities.
2.    Translate and consolidate Marketing and Food Service program to field sales execution plan.
3.    Develop and design selling tools and POSM to support business within assigned budget.
4.    Lead National trade marketing team to establish & improve sales promotion process and sales
      information system.
5.    Lead, guide & develop team members to ensure maximizing the potential of team & individual
      performance.
6.    Oversee trade marketing projects budgets in line with agreed plans.




MAJOR CHALLENGES:
Specify in 2-3 statements identified key challenges associated with this job.


1.    Ensure the trade programs execution quality via unbalanced skill/experience level across all
      regions/provinces.
2.    Improve sales rolling forecast accuracy in a dynamic market, with a young field sales
      organization, and during the quick growing business trend.


KEY DECISION AND SUPERVISION:

Can sign purchase orders (up to 10,000 RMB), but can not sign a document to indicate that the stock
has actually received.


JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

job fully and effectively.

Education:
B.A. or Masters in Business Administration would be extremely beneficial.

Work experience:
1.  Field sales management in FMCG in all channels and cross regions        (minimum 4 years)
2.  Planning and Managing national/regional Trade and / or Marketing Programs      (minimum 1
    years)

Other qualifications:
1.  Bi Lingual ability in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin & English
2.  Strategic planning
3.  Exceptional communication skills in written, spoken and listening
4.  Trade marketing & Distribution Channel knowledge and insights
5.  Process & project Management
6.  Financial Budgeting

Working Relationships
Internalworking relationships:
     -   Monthly business meeting with every marketing category directors.
     -   Monthly production meeting with Operation Director and Factory colleagues.
     -   Monthly budget review with Finance controller.
     -   Communication with operation and finance before sales cycle plan officially deploy. (every
         two months)
      - Monthly meeting with HR to update talent management, training status, sales headcount
         fulfilment, etc.

External working relationships:
     - Meeting with below the line execution agencies every two months.
