Time:    2:00 p.m.

Richard Meltzer called the meeting to order and introductions were made.

A report out was done by all departments. This was done by going around the table and everyone reporting on what questions their departments
would like added to the Noel-Levitz Survey. There was much discussion about questions regarding the Baker College Website. Data was lacking
from Learning Support Services, Counseling, and Administrative Assistants. Questions from these groups will be gathered and given to Richard
Meltzer. Richard will then compile a list of questions to possibly be added to the Noel-Levitz Survey.

Next Meeting: October 14, 2004 at 2 p.m.
