Recipe competition
Indian Fish Festival 2010’
(09th -12th July 2010)

VENUE: PEOPLE’ PLAZA ,NECKLACE ROAD,
HYDERABAD
Competition for preparation of recipe will be in 3 categories :
1) Fish / Prawn/ Shrimp soups
2) Fish/Prawn/Shrimp curries
3) Fish/ Prawn/Shrimp snacks
Maximum of 20 applicants for each category will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
The contestants should bring all ingredients, cutlery, crockery to prepare recipe.
Fish and Prawn will be provided as per their requirement.
The organizers will provide gas stove.
The methodology involved in recipe has to be sent well in advance along with application form.
Marks will be awarded on the basis of relevance to the particular category, organoleptic test,
presentation and innovation.
Participants should be able to answer any question raised by the judges.
The decision of the Judges will be final
The last date for registration is 7th July 2010.
Registration fee Rs 50/-, will be collected during the contest.
