        Analyze Story Structure
• Story structure is the way a writer shows
  the characters, setting, and plot (events) in
  a story.

• Identifying the elements (parts) in a story
  and how they fit together helps you
  understand what is happening.
    SKILL: Problem and Solution
• The problem in a story is what the main
  character wants to do, find out, or change

• The story ends when the character finds a
  solution, or a way to solve the problem.
          PREVIEW & PREDICT
