Raid Data Recovery Agreement
This Agreement is between Boomer Computer Repairs, LLC, AT/A US-Data Recovery,
hereafter referred to as BCR and the below signed Client, here after referred to as the
Client:

Hard Drives from 1 GIG to 290 GIGS in size ………….$350 per Drive

5 drive Array….$1,750
Hard Drives from 300 GIG to 499 GIGS in size……… $500 per Drive

5 drive Array….$2,500
Hard Drives from 500 GIG to 699 GIGS in Size………$550per Drive
4 drive Array….$2,200
5 drive Array….$2,750
Hard Drives from 700 GIGS to 999 Gigs in size……….$600 per Drive

RE Configuration of NAS Device……………………...$250 per device
If BCR is unable to reuse the Client’s hard drives to copy the recovered data too, the
Client will be responsible to supply or purchase from BCR a suitable Hard Drive or
Drives to return to the client with the recovered data.

RECONFIGURATION OF NAS RAID DEVICE
If the Client chooses to send the NAS device with the array and would like the device
reconfigured after the data is recovered, BCR will reconfigure the original drives and
transfer Client’s recovered Data to the device at a flat of $250 per NAS Device. If
Client’s original hard drives are unusable, the Client will be responsible for the Cost of
New Hard Drives.
EXPEDITE, HOLIDAY AND WEEKEND RATES
BCR ‘s Flat Rate as quoted above is our only rate. We do not up charge for holidays,
weekends nor expedited services. All Raid arrays are set up to a dedicated Recovery
computer upon arrival to our facilities. We treat each Raid recovery as an Expedite
case.
SETUP / INSPECTION FEE
There is no set up nor inspection fees for our Raid Array Recovery Services.
LIABILITY
The CLIENT fully understands that their hard drives and or Raid Array has failed or is
damaged. The CLIENT fully understands that some or all of their data may have been
damaged or destroyed by this failure. BCR will use its “best efforts” to recover all of the
CLIENTS data. BCR assumes no liability for lost or damage data. Client further
understands that BCR may void the Hard Drive manufactures warranty by opening the
Hard drive for recovery. Although most Hard Drive Manufactures will still warrant the
hard drive after service by a Data Recovery company, BCR assumes no liability for
replacement of the Clients Hard Drives.
This constitutes the entire agreement for the requested data recovery by the CLIENT and
BCR.
