Application for Wightlink Student Tickets
Student 16-18 full time secondary education - 50% discount
50% discount on season tickets. Students must be aged between 16 and 18 and be in full time secondary
education (on the mainland). You will need to present this application form at a Wightlink ticket office
with a letter from the school or college you attend, giving details of the exams or courses for which you
are studying. You will also need to have formal proof of your age, and provide a passport sized
photograph for a Wightlink ID card to be issued if you do not already have one.
Student 18+ at University/College - 15% discount
15% discount on season tickets and Multilink tickets. Students must be aged 18 and above and be in full
time education (on the mainland). You will need to present the application form at a Wightlink ticket
office with a letter from the university or college you attend, giving details of the exams or courses for
which you are studying. You will also need to provide a passport sized photograph for a Wightlink ID card
to be issued if you do not already have one.
