Talent Night Auditions
Recommendation Form for both children and youth. You must sign-up prior to camp to audition.
Auditions will be held on Monday evening after rehearsals.
(Music and Worship Team must receive this form no later than May 1, 2009)

Guidelines for Talent Night Auditions:
Acts should reflect Christian values and must be musical or dramatic in
nature.
Dress should be appropriate and reflect Christian character. If you plan to
wear a costume or dance attire, please plan to wear it during the audition
as well.
All talent night audition “acts” must be approved by the music leader or
your church before coming to Music Week 2009.
One adult from each church must accompany each “act” to the talent
night auditions at Caswell. Each “act” will be asked to sign-in with his/her
leader at the audition.
If taped accompaniment will be used, please remember to bring it to the
audition. The 2009 Music Week planning team would like to encourage
music leaders to consider auditioning their church choir or small ensemble
as a part of talent night 2009.
