WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE PROMOTION
PART II
1. To enter a “What’s the Difference” drawing you must play the “What’s the Difference
Game – Part II”, be a registered member of the Minnesota State Lottery's players club
(Lucky, MN), and have completed the full address portion in the sign up area. All
entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees (including immediate family residing in the same household) of the
Minnesota State Lottery, Colle + McVoy and Clockwork Active Media Systems, LLC and
any other company that is not eligible to receive a prize from the Lottery under
Minnesota law or pursuant to a contract with the Lottery are ineligible to participate and
receive a prize from this drawing. Winners will be selected and eligibility determined by
the Minnesota State Lottery. The decision is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.
3. Entries can be submitted through luckymn.com beginning at 12:01 a.m. on March 13,
2007, until midnight on June 25, 2007. Entries received from 12:01 a.m. on a Tuesday
through midnight on the following Monday will be entered into that week’s drawing,
which will be conducted on each Tuesday. The final weekly drawing will be conducted
on June 26, 2007.
4. Members may submit only one (1) entry per week, but are eligible to win more than
once.
5. At each drawing, one (1) entry will be selected from all eligible entries to receive
coupons good for 105 free $1 Powerball plays (Powerball for a Year). Coupons must
be used by August 31, 2008. If the first entry selected is deemed ineligible or does not
claim the prize, one (1) of the additional alternate entries drawn will receive the prize.
The Lottery will, by use of mechanical or other devices, randomly determine which of
the entries submitted is selected.
6. The person whose name appears on a selected entry by the Lottery in any of the
What’s the Difference Drawings will be notified after their entry has been drawn and
declared eligible.
7. The person whose name appears on the selected entry in the drawing for one (1) of
the weekly prizes will be mailed the prize.
8. Odds of an entry being selected in one (1) of the What’s the Difference Drawings are
dependent on the number of entries received for that drawing.
9. No cash equivalent will be awarded for the Powerball for a Year prize. The prizes are
not exchangeable or otherwise transferable. All applicable federal, state or local laws
apply.

10. Each winner will be required to consent to full use of their name, city of residence
and photo for publicity and public relations purposes such as being identified on the
luckymn.com website or as winner information provided on Lottery tickets. The winner
may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility or appropriate releases and refusal
to do so may result in forfeiture of any prize won.
