CORRECT LETTER OF INTENT
CHARTIERS VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL CHORUS

The Chorus will going on our Spring trip April 23rd ,24th, 25th and 26th to Myrtle Beach. The
trip will include the following:
Roundtrip Chartered Bus from CVHS
Three night hotel stay at Hilton Kingston Plantation resort.
Performance at Broadway on the Beach.
Admission to Ripley’s Believe it or Not.
Music/dance review at the Alabama Theater.
Dixie Stampeded admission (Dinner theater).
All meals covered in cost of the trip. (Includes beach/pool party).
The cost for this trip will be approximately $500.
We are asking for a $100 deposit to be made with this Letter of Intent. If the Chorus member is
fundraising money, and the student has sufficient funds to cover the deposit to their student
account, this amount will be deducted from their account.
On the 10th of each month, for five consecutive months (October – February) a $100 deposit
should be made to the Chorus’ member’s account to cover the remaining cost of this trip, either
via fundraising or a check made payable to CVCPA. Deposits should be marked to the attention
of CVCPA and will be placed in a locked box in the Chorus Room. Please NO CASH. Indicate
on the envelope the Chorus’ member’s name on the notation line of the check.
Students who will be participating in this trip, must return the bottom portion of this letter and
the $100 deposit by October 23, 2007.
