Mr. Nagle is a Partner in the law firm Oles, Morrison, Rinker & Baker, LLC, in Seattle. His area
of practice includes Construction Law; Contract Preparation, Negotiation, and Administration;
Government Contracts; and Commercial Litigation. Most of his legal education is from George
Washington University which includes his B.S.F.S, JD (Rutgers University), LL.M., and SJD. He
has authored numerous books on government contracting and construction contracting. Jim is
a member of the NCMA Board of Directors and a good friend of the Columbia Basin Chapter.
