PURPOSE: Do your communications and conversations always get through? Do you find
out later that they didn’t get it? Effective communications is one of the greatest
tools a leader can posses. Managerial communication skills and concepts of
emotional intelligence will enhance your leadership performance. For your
team to work well, they need to understand what to do and what is expected of
them. This course will enhance your communication skills.
