The purpose of this written notice is to outline the steps we discussed in our meeting on the ____

performance has been unsatisfactory over the past few months and you need to improve your
performance and to make you aware what will happen if your performance does not improve. As
we discussed, we want to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your willingness and ability to
do the job.
The management and the reporting authorities have been closely monitoring your performance
and it has been found through evaluation that you have been unable to perform properly in every
aspect of your position as an Employee. In order to improve your performance, you should
follow immediate and sustained corrective action from this day onwards.
