                             This Bill of Sale for a Boat (without warranty) is a written acknowledgment of the transfer of
                             ownership of a boat between a seller and a buyer. The bill of sale is the document that sets
                             forth the material terms of the sale including the purchase price, the down payment and the
                             specifications of the boat. In this particular bill of sale, the seller warrants that it has good
                             and marketable title to sell and transfer the boat, but makes no other warranties, express or
                             implied, as to the condition of the boat. The buyer is allowed to inspect the boat and
