                             This Special or Limited Power of Attorney for Real Estate Transaction is used by a
                             purchaser of real property to authorize an agent to execute all documents and do all things
                             necessary to close on the sale of the property. This document is for the limited purpose of
                             purchasing the real property. Some of the powers granted to the agent by this power of
                             attorney include signing and executing documents in the principal's name and paying funds
                             for the sale of the property. This document should be used when a purchasers of real
                             estate located in Oklahoma wish to appoint an agent to handle the transaction on their
                             behalf.
