performance, and to make you aware what will happen if your performance does not improve.
As we discussed, we want to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your willingness and

your performance and it has been found through evaluation that you have been unable to perform
properly in every aspect of your position as an Employee. In order to improve your performance,
you should follow immediate and sustained corrective action from this day onwards.
