shall become effective immediately upon execution of this instrument. The rights, power, and
authority of this document shall remain in full force and effect thereafter until the Motor Vehicle
is sold or transferred or in the event of my death, disability or incapacity, or upon my revocation
of this agreement, whichever occurs first.

All acts done by means of this power shall be done in my name, and all instruments and
documents executed by my Attorney-in-Fact shall contain my name, followed by that of my
Attorney-in-Fact and the description Attorney-in-Fact, excepting however any situation where
legal practice differs from the procedure set forth herein, in that event local practice may be
followed. This Limited Power Of Attorney shall be valid and may be relied upon by any third
parties until such time as they receive notice of revocation of the same.
