AGREEMENT TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY

This Agreement to Sell Personal Property is made by and between ________________________

5. THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF SUCH PROPERTY. SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR WORKING ORDER OR CONDITION
OF THE PROPERTY EXCEPT THAT IT SHALL BE SOLD IN PRESENT CONDITION,
REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR ACCEPTED. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT TO
SALE, BUYER(S) REPRESENT THAT BUYER(S) HAVE PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE
DESCRIBED PROPERTY AND ACCEPTS THE PROPERTY IN "AS-IS" CONDITION.
