Note to all Initiation, Novice, and Atom players/parents:
For 2009-10, WMHA is implementing a pilot project by entering one team into Saskatoon Minor Hockey (SMHA) in
each of the Initiation, Novice and Atom age groups. These teams will be selected based on player ability, with selections
made by coaching staff.
Due to higher league costs, players selected for these teams will be assessed an additional $45 fee, payable when
teams have been finalized.
All other Initiation to Atom teams will remain in the Sask Valley Minor Hockey League (SVMHL) as per previous years.
For Initiation though Atom, please indicate your League preference:

The player parents and/or guardians agree that the players skates at his or her own risk and agree that the Warman Minor
Hockey Association, the instructors, the Warman Diamond Arena, and the Town of Warman are not liable nor will be
held responsible for any accident to the player or other players, or loss or damage to personal property, however caused,
and agree to release the above Associations from all claims and damages.

Fees outstanding as of Dec. 1/09 will cause your child to be unable to participate until the remaining fees are paid.
If applying for funding through Kidsport (up to $300/player), post-dated cheque dated Nov. 15 covering all outstanding
amount is required at time of registration. Upon receipt of funding from Kidsport, cheque will be returned.
