whether any particular state and/or federal statutes are applicable, and if so, make mention
of same here.]
Therefore, I demand that you immediately cease and desist from such actions set forth above.
Please be advised that, unless you immediately cease and desist from making engaging in such
actions, I will have no choice but to take all appropriate legal courses of action to ensure such
actions are stopped, including but not limited to, all remedies available in law or in equity,
including seeking monetary damages.
