This is a provision to the Articles of Incorporation which indicates that the number of directors can be changed by amendment of the Articles of Incorporation or by adoption of a bylaw indicating as such. This document in its draft form contains the standard terms commonly used in this type of provision, however, additional language may be added to allow for customization to ensure the specific terms the user wishes to add are addressed. Add this form to the Articles of Incorporation so that the number of Directors on the Board may be changed at a later date.

									This is a provision to the Articles of Incorporation which indicates that the number of

Article of Incorporation Provision - Change the Number of Board of Directors

1. Changes to the Number of Directors. The number of directors of the Corporation set forth in
paragraph ___ [Instruction: Insert Paragraph Number] of these Articles shall constitute the
authorized number of directors until and unless changed by an amendment of these Articles or by
a bylaw duly adopted by the vote or written consent of the holders of a majority of the then
outstanding shares of stock in the corporation.
