									This is an Article of a provision in the Articles of Incorporation which limits the
corporation's duration to a specified date, namely a number of years, following the filing
of the articles with the Secretary of State. This document in its draft form contains the
standard terms commonly used in this type of provision, however, additional language
may be added to allow for customization to ensure the specific terms the user wishes to
add are addressed. Use this provision if the Shareholders and Board of Directors do
not want the Corporation to have perpetual duration.

1. Duration. The period of this Corporation’s duration shall commence upon the date that these
Articles of Incorporation (“Articles”) are filed with the Secretary of State’s office and shall
