					The Bid Follow-Up Letter is used by a Company to both submit an inquiry on the status
of a bid it submitted, and the current bid status in general to the prospective Customer.
This document contains three one-page sample follow-up letters designed to assist a
Company with developing a brief, and appropriate inquiry of the status of a submitted
proposal. The bid follow-up letter also serves as an opportunity to express continued
interest to the prospective employer, provide additional relevant information,
and/or determine the reason why the Company was not selected for the project.
