For uploading your logo or photograph, please follow these instructions:
Minimum order of 50 for all customized cards and photo cards. Upload image files to friends @paintingforlife.com,
10MB maximum, please. Contact us for larger image files.
Logo files must in vector format with fonts outlined: .eps, .ai or .pdf, CS3 or earlier. If you do not have access to
the vector file, you may provide a high resolution .jpeg, .psd or .tif file, minimum 600 dpi. Painting for Life is not
responsible for poor image quality due to an improper file format or poor file quality. Whenever possible, we will try to
alert you of any potential problems we may see, but by uploading your files, you agree to accept your final printed job
as is.
For photo cards, please provide us with a high resolution .jpeg, .psd or .tif file, minimum resolution 300 dpi. You
may mail us a flat photo for scanning if you do not have access to a digital file. Please add an additional $10 for the
high resolution scanning fee. We do not scan negatives or slides. For any photos taken by a professional studio or
photographer, please provide a written release from the photograph. Painting for Life will not process orders we
feel may be in violation of copyright. By uploading your photo, you agree to hold Painting for Life faultless for any
copyright infringement.
Due to the varying sizes of photos and cards, we may need to crop your photo in order to fit within the space of the
design. In doing so, we will exercise our best judgement in trying to get the best possible composition for the photo
provided. Should an appropriate crop not be found, we may contact you to submit another photo.
After receiving files, we will e-mail you a low resolution proof of your card before printing. Please DOUBLE CHECK
proof before signing off. Painting for Life is not responsible for any errors not noted during proofing process. We will
not process orders until we receive a written approval of the proof. Turn around time starts from the time we receive
that written approval. Please allow additional time for photo cards and all custom products.
