LNG 船舶管理公司徵才啟事
緣起：
日商 NYK＆Mitsui 公司標得台灣中油公司 4 艘液化天然氣船舶
（LNG）船 25 年租用案，合資設立 NiMiC 船東公司，新船將於 2009 年起
陸續交船營運供氣至台中港『台中液化天然氣接收站』，依約須合組 1 家
船舶管理公司（目前已在開曼群島註冊）。
未來將在台北市松仁路附近設立辦公室辦理上述 4 艘 LNG 船之操
航、管理、維護及保養等工作；履行下列事項：
（1） 船舶管理公司將於中華民國台灣設立分公司，以辦理 LNG 船實質
管理操作與營運；
（2） 船舶管理公司優先聘僱中華民國籍國民；
（3） 逐年訂定年度訓練計畫，以將 LNG 船所需之操航、維護、保養等
技術及作業流程與管理技術落實予船舶管理公司台灣分公司及其
所聘僱之員工；
（4） 於船舶管理公司成立 10 年後，其經理部門職位須至少 50%由經上
述訓練合格之中華民國籍員工擔任，且於成立 15 年後，其經理部
門職位須至少 75%由經上述訓練合格之中華民國籍員工擔任。
