Terms:



1. Deposit. Princess Party Girls requires 50% down of package price plus any add-ons at time of

booking.

2. Payment. The deposit can be made in the form of a check, made out to Lauren Antia or by

sending payment through PayPal.com to events@princesspartygirls.com. The balance on the day

of event must be paid at the end of event in cash only.

3. Booking. Due to the nature of the specialization of the parties, we require a month’s notice to

book a party.

4. Number of Attendees. It is agreed upon that there will be a minimum of 10 girls per party and

no more than 15 girls, including the birthday girl in attendance. Extra girls can be added in up to

2 weeks prior to the event, and no later – up to the maximum amount. There will be an extra

charge per girl according to package chosen.

5. Allergic Reactions. Princess Party Girls is not responsible for any allergic reactions to lip gloss,

nail polish, tattoo applications and/or glitter. Party attendees with severe skin allergies should

not participate if this will pose a threat to an allergic reaction.

6. Photography/Supervision. Photos taken by Princess Party Girls are the rights of the company

and might be used on our website, unless parents specify otherwise. Princess Party Girls are not

responsible for the actions of the party attendees. The host of the party or another adult

responsible for the children are expected to be present at all times.

7. Services. Princess Party Girls is a mobile party company and bring the party to your location.

We only supply the princess party experience of what is outlined in our packages/add-ons. We

do not provide food, paper goods, beverages, cakes, the party location, etc.

8. Cancellation. To receive a deposit refund, Princess Party Girls needs to be notified within 48

hours after the booking of the party, due to the customization of each package.

9. Rebooking. Princess Party Girls will need to have at least 2 weeks notice to rebook, pending on

availability of rebooking date.
