subsidised TAFE program who commence their study prior to 1 July 2009.
For new enrolments undertaken from 1 July 2009 the current Ministerial Directions about Fees and
Charges will be replaced by new Directions. These Directions will include changes to the TAFE tuition

prescribed by the State Government and are subject to change at Ministerial direction.
