Completing the CRU Form
1. Open your web browser and go to https://dc.doe.state.in.us/DOEOnline/Login.aspx .
2. Enter your assigned user login and password. Click the ‘Login’ button.
3. Navigate to Accreditation >> CRU Form
4. If you have questions about filling out the CRU form, please refer to the support documents located on this
page.
5. Complete the information requested on the page and press “Next” to save the data.
6. After pressing “Next” on the User Information screen, you are automatically taken to the first of seven (7) areas
for you to enter Work Hours and the work you actually did in this area for school improvement planning. If you
enter information on this screen and press “Next,” you will be automatically taken to the next area. NOTE: If
this area does not apply to your participation in school improvement planning, click on the appropriate area on
the left hand sidebar and enter the information requested. Using the left hand sidebar allows you to move to
any of the areas that pertain to your school improvement planning experience and in any order you desire.
7. When you have finished entering information into all the areas that apply to your school improvement planning
experience, click on the “Finish” button on the left hand sidebar. This will notify your supervisor that you have
completed the form and need him/her to review your application and verify it.
