QUICKSILVER RADIO THEATER (founded in 1995) is a group of seasoned New York

performing artists, who are dedicated to using the classic Radio Drama form (full cast,

layered sound effects, and musical score) to present stories worth telling, executed with both

talent and heart. Quicksilver‘s work has aired nationally, and been heard internationally on

the World Wide Web.

Quicksilver has earned awards from the National Federation of Community

Broadcasters and the National Audio Theatre. It has performed by invitation at the Museum

of Television and Radio‘s Annual Radio Festival, and its shows are in the collection of the

Museum.







CRAIG WICHMAN (Actor/Writer/Producer) is the founder of Quicksilver Radio Theater.

Craig studied with Stella Adler, and has since worked in all media, including Off-Broadway:

Julius Caesar; Regional Theater: Tecumseh; TV: All My Children; Film: Joe vs. the

Volcano. Other radio work includes: Simon Studio Presents, Other Realities, and

Chinatown, USA. (Quicksilver: all shows)





JAY STERN (Director/Writer) A founding member of Quicksilver, Jay has directed and

produced over 20 theater productions, and over 30 short films which have screened across

the U.S. and Canada. He is a founder and producer of the First Sundays Short Comedy Film

Festival, which has been screening monthly since April, 2002. Stern completed his first

feature, "The Changeling"" in January, 2006 (www.jaystern.com). (Quicksilver: all shows)





MARK HOLLMANN (Composer/ Conductor/Musician) A founding member of Quicksilver,

Mark is a Tony Award-winning Broadway composer, and has scored pieces for the

Berskshire Theater Festival. He has toured as trombonist with Maestro Subgum and the

Whole, and been pianist for Second City. (ASCAP)

An Adventure of Sherlock Holmes—based on one of the author‘s personally favorite

stories, and his rarely produced play ―The Stonor Case‖. The Great Detective and

The Good Doctor are pitted against a psychotic villain in a race against time

to stop the bizarre murders in an eerie country manor.
