ALM Training Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation Course ALM Training Certificate of Incident/Fraud/Claims Investigation,
comprises a four day residential Foundation Course (Module 1) and accredited by DnA - Awards, on successful completion of
a four day residential Advanced Course which is divided into three assignments and in house examination.

Assignments
Your assignments make up 60% of your final marks which
comprise of:
2 x Road Traffic Collision Investigation
1 x Investigation In The Workplace 40% of final mark
1 x Pre-action Protocol
1 x Witness Interview 20% of final mark
N.B. You have to achieve a score of 15/20 in the witness interview assignment.
Examinations
Your exams make up 40% of your final marks which comprise of:
1 x Multiple Choice 10% of final mark
2 x Written Papers 30% of final mark
Overall, you will require 75% of the available marks to qualify for
your Certificate in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation. If we
didn’t have these measures in place what guarantee is there as to
the quality of the investigators and what credibility is there in the
course.
Should you Fail
If you fail the assignment section, you can submit an optional
investigation case to replace your lowest scoring assignment. If
you fail the witness interview section, you can retake this free of
charge. If you fail the examination section you can re-sit this free of
charge.
Additional Re-sits
Additional re-sits of both the witness interviewing assignment and
examination will incur charges of £100 + VAT each.
How the Course Works - Summary
The course is split in two parts; this is a business expense
advantage to you as you will be able to claim your advance fees
against your legitimate business expenses.
The Foundation Course is 4 days in Newark and The Advanced
Course is also 4 days in Newark, the Exam is held on a separate
day.
You will have 5 assignments to complete as part of your course
work. One of those assignments consists of a visit to an address
where you will interview a claimant in relation to obtaining a full
witness statement.
You will sit an exam which comprises a multiple choice paper and
two written papers. After scoring 75% overall, you will be awarded
your certificate.
