                                                        School Data Team Progress Report
Strategy #3: Actual strategy was not revised. we were monitoring classroom small group instruction by reporting the average # of times per week
below level students were seen. It was determined that this provided no meaningful data. We will monitor this strategy by reviewing other data points
listed above.

1b) How have progress and revisions (if applicable) been communicated to faculty? Parents/guardians and community?
All staff members are provided with copies of the minutes. Each grade level and department has representation on the school team. Representatives
communicate progress and key points at grade level teams and at data teams. Any significant changes to the plan are communicated at PTA.
Updated copy is on the school website.

1c) What are some strengths of the School Data Team?*
The members are a focused group that works well together. There is open communication even when there is disagreement. There is respect given to
all members. Humor helps us with the challenges.

1d) What are some areas in need of improvement for the School Data Team?*
We are working toward clearly understanding the tasks and processes in greater depth.

Please attach copies of School Data Team agendas and minutes from meetings during this monitoring period to this report.
