I authorized ___________________________ Bail Bonds to execute a surety bond for the charges brought on to me by said county. I at no time authorized _________________________ Bail Bonds to execute any Bail Bond(s) on my behalf. Although I may have signed a Power(s) of Attorney during duress due to my incarceration I, nor my attorney, family or anyone related to me consented to this service. Therefore I feel that payment for this service would in fact be extortion due to the fact that ___________________________________ Bail Bonds is using their power over me to insure that I pay or they will unlawfully arrest me due to non-payment. ___________________________________ Bail Bonds is threatening me with imprisonment for monetary gain, which would in fact be false imprisonment. I feel that this is a criminal action that must cease. These actions are not acceptable and should be addressed immediatley.
