2.1 Particulars of the Origination, Function and Duties.
The Department of Information and Public Relations strives to provide authentic information on Government plans, Programmers, activities and achievements
and achievements in various fields of development. So as to motivate and involve the public in the development activities of the Government.
The Department makes use of different sources of media like the press, Publications, Film, Advertisements, Exhibitions, Song & Drama, Radio Televisions,
Video and other channels of Electronic Media etc. The Department also provides feedback to the Government on the response and reactions. Of the people to the various
programmers implemented such feedback helps to the Government to make necessary changes in its policies and programmers to suit the need of the people and to fulfill their
expectations, Mainly there are two wings in Information and public Relations Department, One is Publicity wing and the other is Audio Video Engineering wing.
1.Installation Maintenance of Community Television, Sets.
2. Maintenance of Audio Visual Equipment.
3. Installation Public Address System for the meeting of Addresses by high personages.
4. Video Coverage work during the visit of VIPs and VVIPs
5. Maintenance of Video Conference Equipment at Collect rate
6. Video Publicity schemes through video van and Rural publicity van
7. Uploading of District News through APONE daily.
8. Supervision of cable Net Works and Registrations in the District.
9. Video coverage of success stories for documents of the district development.
