PRESIDING: Chair Linda M. Kassekert
PRESENT: Vice Chair William T. Sommeling and Commissioners Michael C. Epps,
Michael A. Fedorko and Ralph G. Frulio
Subsequent to the reading of a statement of compliance with the notice
of the Open Public Meetings Act the Commission considered and took formal action
on the following matters:
Considered the petition of Trustee and Conservator for Adamar of New Jersey, Inc.,
seeking approval to hire Co-Investment Advisors (1680802)
The Commission received into evidence exhibits P-1 to P-2 from the Conservator and
exhibit D-1 from the Division of Gaming Enforcement.
The commission considered the written submissions, and oral arguments presented
and issued the following rulings:
By a vote of 4-1 (Commissioner Epps dissented) adopted the draft Order and issued
the following rulings:
granted Justice Gary S. Stein, Trustee and Conservator, permission to retain Moelis &
Company and JP Morgan as his financial Co-Advisors, to the extent set forth and
subject to the conditions in the draft Order, including:

1. the submission by July 9, 2008, of the final drafts of all permanents
agreements for my review under delegated authority and the assignment of
the January Bear Stearns agreements to JP Morgan Securities, Inc.; and
2. the submission by 5 p.m. on July 1, 2008, a vendor registration form for JP
Morgan Securities, Inc.
(ruling number 08-06-30-1; transcript pages 1-32).
There being no members of the public to address the Commission, the meeting
adjourned at 12:38 p.m.
