MSW2 Mid-Term Evaluations due in Field Coordinators Office (Approx. 150 hours completed for MSW2 students) BA student Mid-Term evaluations due in Field Coordinator’s Office. (Approximately 105 completed hours for BA interns.) First year MSW Mid-Term Evaluation due in Field Coordinator’s Office. (Approximately 100 completed hours for MSW 1 Students.) Liaison site visits to discuss student progress. Veterans’ Day – University offices closed (No Field Placement) Thanksgiving Recess – University Office closed on 11/26 - 27 (No Field Placement Thursday, November 26 or Friday, November 27, 2009) Last day of field placement for Fall semester BA students Final Evaluations due in the Field Coordinator’s Office. (225 completed hours for the semester.) First and Second Year MSW Final Evaluations due in the Field Coordinator’s Office (200 hours completed for MSW1; 300 hours completed for MSW 2 students). Note: Do not submit final evaluation until required hours are completed or a credit grade cannot be assigned. Fall semester ends.

No field placement hours for undergraduate students. Any graduate student hours must be approved in advance with the field instructor and liaison. Campus closed 12/25 thru 1/1 – No Field hours for any students. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday – University offices closed. (No Field Placement) BA, MSW1 and MSW2 interns resume internship hours in placement agencies. Faculty Liaison Agency Visits. Assist student(s) and field instructor(s) in developing Learning Agreement for spring semester. Presidents’ Day – University offices closed. (No Field Placement) MSW1 Learning Agreements due in Field Coordinators's office. BA Learning Agreements due in the Field Coordinator's office. MSW2 Learning Agreements due in Field Coordinator’s office. BA intern Mid-Term Evaluations due in the Field Coordinator’s Office. (Approximately 105 completed hours for BA interns.)
