PROFILE

Mr. Cunningham has spent over thirty years in the design, development and implementation of data
processing systems in a variety of technological environments ranging from highly centralized mainframe
systems through client/server distributed processing topologies.

Early in his career, Bob was active in the technical support arena as a database administrator, vendor technical
support representative and instructor. This provided an excellent staging ground for his move to application
systems development where he found more satisfaction in actually building systems than his former
supporting and instructional roles.

Bob has undertaken senior responsibilities in all phases of the application development life cycle,
participating in several large projects from requirements definition through final implementation. He has
extensive data modeling, database design, applications design and construction, Quality Control and
Assurance programs, as well as performance monitoring and tuning experience on large applications.
Through these endeavors, he has worked within the client’s preferred methodologies some of which
culminated in CASE generation of application components.

Bob has spent the largest portion of his career working with large database systems implemented in a variety
of interactive environments. While he has accumulated comprehensive knowledge of several different
database management systems, he has spent over the last twelve years focused on relational technologies such
as DB2 and ORACLE

Most recently, Bob has been involved in applications within the health care industry in both the public and
private sectors. However, his business application experience has also involved other areas such as financials,
oil exploration, vehicle registration, operator licensing and client/stakeholder management.

Primarily involved in large systems development, Bob has demonstrated strong communication,
organizational and planning skills accompanied with his demonstrable ability of working within a team
environment utilizing methodology driven analysis and design techniques.
