Thanks for participating in Charleston's Green Business Challenge!

By taking the Challenge, you are contributing to our City goals and the creation of a greener Charleston.

Being green can be easy, so we made the Scorecard as simple as we could.

The Scorecard outlines 50 actions you can take to make your business greener. As you fill in your

responses, a score is generated. There are 100 points total and 4 levels of achievement. See below for how

many points are needed per tier. Tier 1 is the highest.

Tier 1 76 - 100 pts

Tier 2 51 - 75 pts

Tier 3 26 - 50 pts

Tier 4 15 - 25 pts

The Scorecard is designed to be used electronically, so there's no need to print it. Use a projector at your

Green Team meetings instead of making copies.

Here's how it works.

There's 5 major steps, and we'll walk you through each step.

1) Fill in our company info.

2) Get your starting score.

3) Make improvements.

4) Report back to us.

5) Get recognized for being green!
