LOBSTER TAGGING PROJECT – 2006
Marine Fisheries biologists are tagging lobsters as part of our ventless trap survey in
cooperation with Massachusetts lobstermen. This tagging work will provide
information on short-term lobster movements and abundance.
Participating fishermen will receive: Front
A tagging project hat (max. 2 per
vessel)
Entry into a raffle for every tag called
in (unlimited raffle entries, 1 for each tag
number reported)
(raffle prizes will include new traps and gift certificates
to a marine store)
