The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection provides stewardship information in order to acknowledge and
therefore encourage voluntary actions that result in a positive benefit to the environment.
Report updated as of 06/18/08
NOTES: (1) DATA - Regulated sites are surveyed about stewardship activities in 21 possible categories addressed in checklist questions numbered 3 to 23.
Time lag between a survey and posting the results can vary widely depending on site complexities not related to stewardship. (2) SOURCE: The information
in this report was recorded by enforcement personnel as part of compliance assurance activities. Ensuring compliance remains a primary function of DEP
staff who collect the data. Compliance concerns do not automatically disqualify a site from receiving recognition for stewardship, but the Department reserves

advisement input from third parties regarding the validity or accuracy of stewardship information at listed sites. Email concerns to
stewardshipdata@dep.state.nj.us.
Messages should identify the report, site name and ID, and specific data elements in question as well as the basis for concern or disagreement. Site
representatives with concerns about their own data should report these first to their inspector.
