                                          ADDENDUM NO. 01

This Addendum Number One (1) is issued by email and on www.OrlandoEventsCenter.com on 28-
September 2007. Except as modified hereby, the Request for Proposals remains unmodified.

Issue #1
Paragraph 3.1. The following sentences shall be added to the end of Paragraph 3.1:

        Competitive Proposals, as described in Paragraph 5.9, shall be submitted separately from the
        CM@R Request for Proposal responses. Competitive Proposals shall be submitted to the Point
        of Contact in Paragraph 1.4 no later than 8:00 a.m. EST, on Friday, October 19, 2007 under
        separate cover from CM@R Request for Proposal responses.

Note: This does not change the response date for CM@R Request for Proposal responses. Responses,
exclusive of the Competitive Proposal, shall be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. noon EST, on Friday,
October 12, 2007.

Issue #2
Section 4, Instructions for Submission of CM@R Proposals. The following paragraph shall be
incorporated into the RFP as Section 4, Paragraph .3:

        4.3   Responses to the RFP will be evaluated based on the criteria contained within Section 5.0.
              The weight scale is as follows:

              Project Organization/Personnel/Firms                      30 points
              Project Approach/Work Plan                                30 points
              Community Inclusion Plan/Commitment                       20 points
              Competitive Proposal                                      20 points
              Total                                                   100 points

Issue #3
Paragraph 6.2, CM@R Interviews. This paragraph shall be replaced with the following:

        Interviews will last 90 minutes. The time allows for 60 minutes for presentation, and 30 minutes of
        question and answers.

Issue #4
Paragraph 8.1, Contact with Decision Makers. This paragraph shall be replaced with the following:

        CONTACT WITH DECISION MAKERS: Upon receipt of the RFP, proposing firms or teams or
        employees / members of such firms or teams, are prohibited from any unofficial contact with
        Developer, any employees of the Magic Program Manager, Turner Construction Company
        (“Turner”), Magic Legal Counsel, Thompson Hine LLP, the City of Orlando Construction
        Representative, City of Orlando MBE/WBE office, the Executive Director or any of the employees
        of the Orlando Venues (The Amway Arena, Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre, Florida Citrus Bowl
        Stadium, Tinker Field, Leu Gardens, Mennello Museum), or any of their employees other than

      the Point of Contact identified in Section 1.4. Any firm or individual who fails to comply with this
      requirement may be deemed ineligible for selection for this Project and may have its response
      eliminated from consideration. Any and all questions shall be directed to the Point of Contact.
