I. Basis
The court entered findings of fact and conclusions of law in this matter.
II. Order

e. To consent to social and school activities of the child.
f. To provide to the court an annual written accounting, supported with appropriate
documentation, of the guardian’s receipt and expenditure of any of the child’s
independent funds or other valuable property that are placed under the guardian’s
control.
h. To notify the court of a change of the child’s and the guardian’s residential address.
2.4 Relocation Requirements

2.5 Authority over the Child’s Routine Funds, Benefits
The guardian has authority to receive and spend routine funds or benefits received from a public
social service agency on behalf of the child, as permitted by state or federal law and regulations.
2.6 Authority over the Child’s Independent Funds or Valuable Property
The guardian has a continuing duty to report to the court any of the child’s independent funds or
valuable property that becomes available to the child during the guardianship.
