Objectives
To create a brand logo that will portray the company’s key strengths of style, quality, reliability. Transport this logo into a eye-
catching brochure to introduce the company and market its products and services, through images and strong marketing
content. Create business cards that compliment the brochure and sell the company and the individual to prospective clients.
Scope of Work
Global Web Edit proposes:
• Complete brand logo design
• A3 size four colour brochure with multiple pages in both French and English
• Content development
• Business card design
Audience
The audience will be property developers and the general building industry initially in France.
Development Methodology
Global Web Edit’s development process runs through the following stages:
Stage 1: Input from client on requirements
Stage 2: Development of three alternative logos for client approval
Stage 3: Development of brochure design
Stage 4: Content development
Stage 5: Development of three alternative business card designs for client approval
Stage 6: Printing (if required)
Stage 7: Handover

Costing and Development Timeline
Based on the above, Global Web Edit would be delighted to take up this project with an estimated time for completion
running to 7 days for logo/brochure and business card design and 7 days for content development. Printing can be arranged
and quotation will be dependent on volume.
The costs for the project can be broken down as follows:
• Logo design - HK$1550
• Brochure design - HK$4760 (A3 front and back, additional pages will incur extra charge)
• Content Development - HK$1000
• Business card design - HK$FREE
• Printing will be charged by volume
• TOTAL COST - HK$7310
Terms of Payment
Global Web Edit’s terms of payment are as follows:
• 1st Installment - 40% of balance on instruction to proceed
• 2nd Installment - 60% of balance on project completion and written sign-off
Confidentiality
Global Web Edit undertakes that it will not permit the duplication and disclosure of any such confidential and proprietary
information, pertaining to the client to any person other than to personnel who require such information for meeting
obligations covered under this proposal.
