JWR Tours is a Chicago based company presenting powerful, educa-
tional, enlightening & dynamic tours aimed at making a positive, global
impact. Our tours are intended to be historically accurate and factually
based as it relates to each tour focus. JWR Tours has developed a suc-
cessful methodology which is duplicated in each of our tours.
Our tour portfolio includes the Jazz Club Crawl Hometown Tour to Gary,
IN, Los Angeles, CA, Santa Barbara County, CA and the Jazz Club
Crawl Jazz Tour in Chicago and Nashville. JWR Tours’ 3-year plan in-
cludes launching tours in other major markets including Washington,
DC; Atlanta, GA; New York , Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, and Miami, FL.
• Jazz is an art form invented in early 20th century America. It has
evolved into an enduring expression of creativity and innovation.
The history of jazz is much more than the history of an extraordi-
nary musical genre — it is also the story of central social, political
and cultural issues of the 20th century that continue today.
• The Jazz Club Crawl (JCC) Jazz Tour will combine an old concept
“pub crawl” which started in the 19th century with a 21st century
approach. The "crawl" in pub crawl generally refers to travel on foot
from pub to pub, visiting a certain number of clubs in one evening.
• The Jazz Club Crawl Jazz Tour seeks to bring the concept into the
21st century by offering a trouble free, fun filled night of quality jazz
entertainment and historical enrichment. Our "crawl" will involve lux-
ury buses which will tour up to 3 jazz clubs per event.
• The evening will include a visit to “Jazz Street” for a customized vis-
ual and music presentation of the history of jazz in city hosting the
Jazz Club Crawl.
The Chicago Jazz Club Crawl will include all the above plus, once per
month, The Jazz Club Crawl will end at a concert featuring national, re-
gional and local jazz artists.
As the popularity of the Jazz Club Crawl concept increases nation-
ally, JWR Tours will introduce the Jazz Club Crawl Jazz Tour in par-
ticipating cities around the country and abroad.
The Jazz Club Crawl Jazz Tours - Chicago are conducted on a bi-weekly
schedule. National tours will be scheduled according to demand.

Denise Jordan Walker
Radio – Denise Jordan Walker has been a well-known fixture in the Chicago radio
market for over 21 years. As one of Chicago’s top radio/TV personalities, Denise has
been privileged to have worked with a variety of entertainers over the years. From
Chicago’s top ten R&B stations to smooth jazz and straight ahead formats in the
Windy City. Denise is a sought after voice-over talent as well, featured in hundreds of
national documentaries and commercials. For several years, Denise served as the TV
announcer for Chicago’s NBC TV affiliate as well as a 4-year stint as the TV voice
over spokesperson for Fashion Fair cosmetics.
Publicity – In 1994, Denise’s media career took on an additional twist. While working
in radio, Denise began moonlighting as a celebrity publicist, a career that would soon
introduce her to a new world of entertainment. Fourteen years later, Denise has

Tecora Rogers
Tecora Rogers was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and has been singing
since joining the Angelic Choir at her church at the age of six. Now internation-
ally renowned, Tecora has performed around the world.
• She performed the American National Anthem at the Chicago Sky WNBA
She opened for Donald Byrd in the legendary Jazz Unites Jazz Festival
• She was invited to teach gospel music at the Moscow College of Impro-
vised Music in Moscow, Russia.
• She was invited to perform at the 5th Annual Blues Festival in Vologda,
Russia.
• She has toured throughout the United States, Switzerland, France, Italy,
Spain, Slovenia, Belgium, Germany, China and Singapore.
• She has performed with 3BT (Three Brothers on Tenor) with renowned
saxophonists Wilton Felder, Ronnie Laws and Gary Davis.
Tecora Rogers • She has performed with Norman Connors and Tecora has many other
Co-Founder performance credits.
Tecora worked as the National Director of Transition, Certification & Practice
Director for the Spherion Corporation, Chicago, IL - September 1997 – Janu-
ary 2004.

• Sponsor will be mentioned in all national radio ads, TV commer-
cials, e-mail blasts, etc. as Title Sponsor.
• Sponsor will be identified as a Title Sponsor on all collateral ma-
terials (flyers, t-shirts, program booklet, etc.).
• Sponsor will receive a full back cover page, full color ad in sou-
venir program booklet and opportunity for product sampling.

eral materials.
Platinum Sponsor — $50,000

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Quincy Jones Foundation which supports and
promotes initiatives around the world that contribute to the health, well-being and dig-
nity of children. Its mission is to give young people a voice to inspire and empower them
