Individual Rights P 3- 5 BCN asked AMH about the mismatch – The ISSR
rights are statutory, while the OHP list comes from the
MHO contract. For now, we need to continue the
current practice for MH that the OAR list of rights is
posted and given at intake along with the OHP
handout. We’ll see if there’s any opportunity to
modify the MHO contract in the future.
