Conceptualized and managed development lifecycles for three new lines of business at a

✪ Founder and Organizer of the Boulder/Denver Outdoor Industry Meetup. Established in

September 2011, this very popular monthly networking event for Outdoor Industry

professionals has already attracted more than 200 members.

✪ Conceived and successfully managed the lifecycle execution of multiple product lines

from concept through customer implementation while liaising with senior executive

management, legal advisors, internal departments, outside vendors, advertising

agencies, and professional associations. Added 300+ new clients representing new

assets in excess of $20M with annual revenue of $2M+.

✪ Developed relationships within specifically targeted professional legal, real estate, and

medical associations, leading to an affinity partnership with a 2000+ member

professional organization, numerous opportunities as the lead instructor at continuing

education seminars, and partnerships with several other professional groups.

✪ Gathered, summarized, and presented detailed financial documentation to senior

management, clients and business partners for asset portfolio of more than $20M.

Prepared extensive legal documentation for over $75M in complex real estate

transactions.

✪ Led implementation of strategic growth initiative targeting local commercial and

corporate businesses. Partnered with 10-member sales team in delivery of value

propositions to commercial clients, and assisted with the conversion of 150 new

accounts, resulting in an individual-level national Business Banking vendor award for
