(32) Continue to contract with Accu-Weather, Inc. for weather emergency notification

from September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012, in the amount of $2,010.



(33) Continue to contract with Monarch Staffing for staffing service from July 1, 2011

through July 1, 2012 at the following rate:



Administrative Assistant/Office Support $19.00 to $22.00 per hour



(34) Extend the current Act 93 Agreement for one year, with a 0% salary increase and 0%

merit increase, and maintain the current health insurance, prescription plan and other

benefits.



(35) Partner with WHYY, through its Dorrance H. Hamilton Public Media Commons (PMC),

to utilize this resource for a PA Department of Education approved course entitled

“Video Production in the Classroom for Middle and High School Teachers/Staff”. This

course will focus on teaching video production to educators. The agreement will begin

June 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2012.



(36) Change orders as approved by DCIU Board Facilities Committee for the Marple

Education Center renovations as listed:

moved

and replaced flow switch with mechanical

FP-05 1,857.36 Correct dry pendent problem causing build-

up over sprinkler head

system but upon arrival was informed by

contractor that work was not completed

repair sneeze guard on 45 foot long serving

FS-02 $ 1,607.00 Replace damaged Ansul panels, correct

incorrect wiring of freezer boxes’
