(33) Continue to contract with Monarch Staffing for staffing service from July 1, 2011
through July 1, 2012 at the following rate:

(34) Extend the current Act 93 Agreement for one year, with a 0% salary increase and 0%
merit increase, and maintain the current health insurance, prescription plan and other
benefits.
(35) Partner with WHYY, through its Dorrance H. Hamilton Public Media Commons (PMC),
to utilize this resource for a PA Department of Education approved course entitled
“Video Production in the Classroom for Middle and High School Teachers/Staff”. This
course will focus on teaching video production to educators. The agreement will begin
June 1, 2011 and end June 30, 2012.
